Academy

The Hydrogen Coalition Limburg is conducting a needs assessment in which companies, government parties, citizens and education investigate whether there is room for a more specific Academy in addition to regular education (especially higher vocational education, university) with the spearhead of courses and mater classes on the energy transition and within that. the possible role of H2, driven from a managerial focus and from technical competences, whereby investments and the cost aspects are taken into account. The Academy initiative will soon have to fit into a social basis of government, education, companies and citizens because the energy transition affects everyone and broad support is needed to meet the major challenges before 2050, the year on which the European governments jointly agree that the CO2 emissions must be greatly reduced.

In the second half of 2022, a number of interviews with market parties in Limburg will be conducted with the aim of determining the need for knowledge and education.
